Terms & Conditions
Generally, seven days is the minimum charter period, from Saturday 6.p.m. till Saturday 9.a.m. If you want to book a different charter period, the inquiry will be case-by-case reviewed and booked if possible.
Generally, fuel cost, mooring and marina fees, the advance provisioning allowance (APA), possible delivery/redelivery fees, bank transfer fees, taxes if applicable, are not included in price.
Booking a yacht and securing the reservation:
Once you contact us with your inquiry, we’ll check the availability and send you the charter agreement with breakdown of the cost for preview.
To secure your reservation, you need to sign the charter agreement and send a deposit via bank wire transfer in the amount of 50% of the total Charter Fee. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit is processed and you receive a booking certificate.
The remaining balance of 50% plus APA, taxes, delivery/redelivery fees if applicable and any other charges agreed on are usually due one month prior embarkation payable via bank wire transfer as well.
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA):
Usually, APA is about 25-30 % of Charter Fee. It is collected in addition to Charter fee payable by bank wire transfer and is primarily used for extra expenses while cruising, such as, fuel cost, marina fees, food and bavarage, personal laundry etc.
Charterer shall be periodically advised by Captain about disbursement of the APA. Prior to disembarkation, the Captain shall provide the Charterer with detailed final account of expenditure. If funds received as APA are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer and bills will be settled at the point of disembarkation. Any remaining unused funds will immediately be refunded to Charterer directly.
Our vessels are insured with reputable insurer against all customary risks covering the guests, crew and vessel. Copies of all relevant insurance documentation are available for inspection by Charterer upon request and are carried on board.
However, the Charterer shall carry independent insurance for personal effects while on board or ashore and for any medical or accident expenses incurred other than as covered under the vessel’s insurance.
Charterer liability is with costs and/or losses incurred intentionally or otherwise by Charterer and/or guests and/or visitors causing damage to the vessel or any third party. In such a case, compensation will be deducted from security deposit. In case where security deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage, the Charterer shall make an additional payment to cover the difference.
Cancellation policy differs for different yachts and is based on the date of cancellation, so please refer to the Charter Agreement at the time of reservation.
